REFUNDS

1: For all product returns it is necessary that the products are in their original condition, unused and returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch of the order.

2: If you want to exchange the product with the same product in another color or another design, you should contact us to confirm that it is available.

3: In the case of the exchange-return of the products from Cyprus and the rest of the world, the transport costs are borne entirely by the customer.

4: For reasons of hygiene, no changes or returns are made on all accessories.

5: In case of doubt regarding the condition of the returned products, the opinion of BAGTOBAG's specialized staff will assist you with the inspection of the item, in order to avoid the abusive return of worn or damaged products.

The change can be made in the following ways:

1: At your place EXCHANGE (hand to hand) with the courier who will deliver the new number or design you want.

2: Receive by making an EXCHANGE at the nearest courier store in your area.

– If you do not want to replace the product/products with something else, please let us know so that we can refund the purchase amount, also the transactions will be done by card through the website

– To send your package, contact the courier company that delivered the package to you, stating that it is a return to the company BAGTOBAG, in order to receive the return package and start the process.

All products must be returned in their original condition.

ATTENTION:
In case the customer needs to return the parcel for the second time in a row, there will be a charge of €5 for courier costs.

Refund Policy

– In case you do not wish to replace the product of your order, contact us to request a refund of the purchase amount.

– The return of the product is borne by the customer.

– We will inform you as soon as we receive your parcel and then we will examine its status.

– As long as the product is in its original condition, the refund request will be approved and we will deposit the refund amount to the bank account you indicate within 5 days.

– Otherwise, if the product is not in its original condition, we will inform you of the impossibility of a refund.

– The refund is for the value of the products.

– The return of the products is borne by the customer.
